Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions about Advora. Can’t find what you need? Contact us.
- How do I get started as a publisher?
- Sign up for a free account and add your website under My Websites. Our team reviews each submission; once approved, you’ll get your ad code under Ad Integration and can start earning.
- How does site approval work?
- After you submit a site, it appears as pending until an admin approves or rejects it. You don’t need to add Meta tags or DNS records — approval is handled on our side. You’ll use Ad Integration for your code once the site is active.
- When do I get paid?
- Payouts are processed according to your network’s schedule. You can request a withdrawal from your available balance in the Payouts section. Check there for balance, pending payouts, history, and status. Payment methods and timing depend on your network’s configuration.
- What ad formats are supported?
- We support button ads (display CTA), pop-unders, and direct links. You can copy the code for each format from the Ad Integration page after your site is approved. Each format has a ready-to-use snippet and a copy button; direct links also include a copyable URL.
- What is IVT and why does it matter?
- IVT stands for invalid traffic — clicks or impressions from bots, datacenters, or other non-human sources. Advora includes IVT detection and filtering so network operators can protect advertiser spend and publishers can maintain quality. Admins see IVT metrics and breakdowns in the Analytics & IVT section.
- Who can use the admin dashboard?
- Network operators and admins use the admin dashboard to approve sites, manage publishers, monitor traffic and IVT, assign offers, configure landers, and process payouts. Access is by admin account only. If you need admin access, contact us and we’ll guide you.
- Can I have multiple sites?
- Yes. Publishers can add and manage multiple websites from the same account. Each site has its own verification status and ad code (tracking ID). You can switch between sites on the Ad Integration page and copy the relevant code for each.
- I need help. Where do I get support?
- Use the Contact form on this site. For technical or account issues, include your email and a brief description so we can respond quickly.
